1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for most items within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
2. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item.
We deliver our orders through Delhivery Courier and India Post.

✅ If your order was delivered by Delhivery:
We will arrange a pickup from your location. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to schedule the return. -
📮 If your order was delivered by India Post:
Kindly pack the item securely and return it via India Post – Speed Post or Registered Parcel to the following address:
Women’s Place, urankollivilai, keezhkulam(po), K.K Dist, Tamilnadu, India, 629193
Please include your order number and phone number inside the parcel and share a photo of the shipping receipt with us via WhatsApp once dispatched.
3. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
For COD Orders
We do not offer cash refunds for Cash on Delivery orders. Instead, we’ll issue a store credit coupon equal to the item value (excluding shipping). You can use this coupon on your next purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
